How is RecruitEasy different from Naukri RMS or Zoho Recruit?
Naukri RMS starts at ₹80,000/year and is designed for large HR departments. RecruitEasy is built for independent recruiters and small agencies — starting at ₹999/month with AI features Naukri doesn't offer at any price. Zoho Recruit charges per user and has a steep learning curve. RecruitEasy is up and running in under 5 minutes.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can start completely free with our Free plan — no credit card required. If you upgrade to Pro or Elite, you can pay via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking all supported).
How does the AI API billing work?
Elite users have two options: (1) Use your own Anthropic API key — you pay Anthropic directly with zero markup from us. (2) Use our shared pool — we charge ₹2 per 1000 tokens (Anthropic charges us ~₹0.87, so we earn a margin). Your usage is always visible on your dashboard.
Can I import my existing candidate database?
Yes. Use the Bulk Import feature to upload any CSV or Excel file. We support any column structure and auto-map common fields. Download our template if you want a perfect import.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). We never sell your data. API keys are encrypted and never logged. We're DPDP-compliant (India's data protection law).
What is the Candidate Portal and who is it for?
The Candidate Portal is a separate product for job seekers. Free users can browse jobs and track applications. The Job Seeker Pro plan (₹149/month) adds AI Resume Builder, unlimited interview practice, AI Career Coach, and salary benchmarks — all tailored to the Indian job market.
Which plan should I start with?
If you're an independent recruiter just starting out, the Free plan covers your basics. Once you need AI tools (screener, copilot, bulk import), upgrade to Starter Core at ₹999/month. When you need more job orders, custom outreach, and AI interviews, move to AI Native Core at ₹4,999/month. High-volume recruiters can go unlimited with High-Velocity Elite at ₹11,999/month. Agencies with multiple recruiters should go straight to the Agency plan at ₹1,499/seat/month (minimum 5 seats, no upper limit).
Can multiple recruiters in my agency use the same account?
Yes. The Agency plan (₹1,499/seat/month, minimum 5 seats, no upper limit) supports any team size with role-based access (Admin, Recruiter, Viewer), hard job isolation per recruiter, a shared candidate pool and credit pool, and a team admin dashboard with performance audits and leave handover. Seats can be added or removed anytime, billed pro-rata.
